Northwest Cape Coral

Homes for Sale in Northwest Cape Coral, Florida

Why Do People Live Here?

Waterfront homes in this area can offer the very quickest access to the Gulf of Mexico… and quite affordably. However, there is just a small pocket of gulf-access waterfront homes available in the Northwest Cape.

One reason we call Cape Coral Your Gateway to Paradise is something located right here in the Northwest quadrant – it’s quick access to Pine Island, Matlacha Pass and Charlotte Harbor by boat.

Most of the direct saltwater access real estate is located in the SE and SW quadrants however, some access can be found at the southern tip of the NW quadrant by Ceitus Parkway and Matlacha Isles on Pine Island Road.
