Ricki Black

Lyric (Ricki) has been Bill’s wife and associate partner for 40 years. She specializes in Senior Services and Relocation. Ricki was a broker/owner in Michigan with Bill for 20 years. In addition to raising their four children, she has been a full-time real estate professional.

She says, “I love people! Helping them with their real estate needs is my passion.” Ricki brings true meaning to her title as our Client Care Coordinator.

Ricki is a volunteer for elderly seniors through Faith-In-Action, a United Way partner. When she isn’t at RE/MAX, she is providing seniors with grocery shopping, respite care, or transportation to cancer therapy appointments. Her background, combined with Bill’s SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Services), helps the team to provide compassionate, knowledgeable resources for seniors.

Colleen Black-Taylor

Colleen brings a fresh, energetic, young approach to our team and she too, loves people! Before moving to this Cape Coral paradise, she was with our RE/MAX affiliate in Dallas, Texas.

Colleen is a licensed Florida REALTOR and also puts her skills to use as our Director of Internet Marketing.

Colleen is a 1997 graduate of Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has a solid knowledge of the mortgage and closing process and is able to effectively communicate with our clients regarding the print and online marketing of their property. She is a tremendous asset to our team – Welcome, Colleen!
